I went on vacation with my family and three kids the children play area was great they enjoyed every moment of it... the house was very clean.. Victor was very thoughtful and generous he surprised us with Cuban pastries which was a very thoughtful gesture and lovely to receive..I highly recommend Victor home.. also it was not a far drive to Miami beach...Victor is very attentive with his guess.. thank you for allowing my family in your home...see you next time..

I recently stayed at an Airbnb with friends for a long weekend, and we had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The listing was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was also in a great location, close to local attractions and convenient for getting around. We especially appreciated the small touches that made the place feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely amazing stay! Victor is a fantastic, responsive host. The home is clean, comfortable, and full of little extras. My kids loved the video game setup. Convenient location, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Excellent overall experience.

So comfortable all beds are best! 😍 & has KING bed too restful. 🤩The house is excellent has all you need kitchen, appliances, arcade games, and safe location. The host Victor is amazing, he has guide everything of house and area to go and surprise next morning with 25 pastries :) We enjoy our stay and will come back here.

We had a great stay at Victor’s Place! Very convenient and safe location. We walked to downtown Coral Gables for dinner and brunch. Our party of 8 was comfortable. The kids loved the arcade games!

We really enjoyed our stay. Really liked having a kitchen with all the appliances, and dishes that we might need. Easy parking was nice too. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games, so that was nice when we were at home. Appreciate the host's attentiveness, as well as all the detailed guides for using everything around the house (as well as recommendations for around town). Would probably stay here next time we're in town!

Only there a short time with 4 adults and a 6 yr old The unit could accommodate a few more if necessary The standalone games were a big hit with the 6 yr old Lots of nice clean and relatively new appliances Very nice bathrooms Quiet neighborhood close to the Miracle Mile. Delivered Cuban pastries were a plus A good value

Victor’s place was immaculate and complete, in many aspects. Well-thought out, and completely functional throughout. The place features a modern design and seems to be newly renovated. The master bathroom was my favorite place ❤️, I loved that shower!!! My children squealed of excitement when they first walked in the house, they were thrilled to have access to games (and I, to some peace for myself 😍). The beds are absolutely dreamy, high grade linens that made me melt anytime I laid on mine (sigh!😍) The kitchen was fully equipped, and beyond! The furniture is high quality. The space was just what my family and I needed- when I saw the listing I feared that two rooms would make us feel crowded, since we were a party of 9- but the placement of the furniture was perfect even with us making use of the two comfortable rollaway beds! I will never forget how special Victor made us all feel, as a genuine and sweet host that he is, for treating us to delicious Cuban pastries! We ❤️ Victor!!!

Victor is a super nice host who really cared about our stay and made it great. He responded to every requests nicely and quickly. Very good location, free packing, new, modern, and very clean house. The kids loved games arcade and we all loved the comfortable mattress that helped us good sleep after a long day traveling. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to miracle mile. Less than 10 minute drive to the U of Miami. Washer and Dryer was very useful.

Victor was amazing. We had an issue with hot water pressure dropping, soon as i told him he was there 15mins later and fixed the hiccup. I’ve never had a host more friendlier than Victor

We had an amazing stay here!! Victor was super communicative and helped us out with whatever we needed! He even brought us a bunch of Cuban pastries in the morning :) The house was clean and just as advertised! Perfect stay when visiting Miami.

We couldn’t think this was the best house vacation rental in Miami that I booked at Airbnb I have stayed. Wow, wow!! The same photos look the same at the house! Cleaned, spacious, waking up with comfortable bed , has 3 options different coffee machines with coffee pods , sugar, cream and in a few mins host Victor was best and knocked the door and give us 25 cuban pastries for breakfast, wow made me the day and I wanted to pay him and he said no, pay forward he wanted us to be happy. The house has also bar with every glasses cups. Has a game room table with different games that my kids loved. Oh the master room bathroom has a shower tower that has 2 massages and led light blue :) and with with new sponges. Also is walking near to supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants and we went to the beach by 13 mins from the house, anything you want is in near a a few minutes or max 15 mins everything with a safe great neighborhood by 4 blocks at Coral Gables. We will come future here next months.

Victors home was as gorgeous as the photos. Great location for local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Havana Harry’s and Aromas de Peru. Berries and chug diner also great in the grove. The house was fun for the kids and very accommodating for our needs. Also very IG worthy lol

The place was exactly as the pics. everything was clean,new,roomy, and very comfortable . It was very close from shopping and restaurants. Victor communicated very well, and answered promptly to our messages. He also surprised us with a delivery of delicious pastries to welcome us and made a huge difference. He is trustworthy, very kind and went out of his way to make our visit memorable. Defenetly we will be coming back and recommending him to our friends.

Above and beyond are the two words that come to mind after meeting Victor and staying at his place. The house location was I a perfect location and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. There are no words to describe Victor's hospitality. He truly made us all feel like family. Thank you for making my birthday celebration 🎂 special. I would highly recommend staying at Victor's house.

Fom England to miami. Fantastically clean home, we were 2 families sharing and everything in the home description was spot on, communication with the host, Victor, was super quick and he messaged a few times to check things were perfect during our stay, check in was super easy and the location was just perfect, close enough for an uner to the beach or a short drive. I would definitely recomend this place and would look at it for any future visits to miami

We had a wonderful stay at Victor’s home! Very well furnished, great kitchen appliances and cookware. Table service for at least 8 people. Victor was very helpful and suggested many local restaurants and sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this house!

Thank you for allowing us a late check out. We stayed here for my daughter Sweet 16 with 4 of her friends and the place is absolutely adorable. Kid friendly! Small Commute to the airport, mall, downtown and beaches. Victor was an amazing host, he communicated everything promptly. We're already looking to rebook for spring break next year!

The property was great and the neighborhood was quiet. A short drive from alot of places we attended. Me and my groomsmen got a late jump on the road due to wedding things needing to be done and arrived after midnight which made the code for the door reset. We got victor on the line after finding his number and he reset it for us to enter before the rain caught us close to 2am. He was a gracious host and checked on us each day to see if we needed anything within the house or as recommendations. Even called me yesterday before my wedding to inform me he left a review for me and to congratulate me! Thats real customer service and i recommend him to anyone who wants to be nestled in Coral Gables!

I Dnt know where to start when it comes to victor and his Airbnb it looks exactly like pictures, he’s very accommodating it’s like you’re at home. Victor is such a sweetheart, he’s everything you want in a host and much more. I would recommend him a thousand times over .
