Such a great stay! The best posturepedic mattresses in Airbnb so restful sleep! The house has all the amenities you need , the bathrooms have music to speakers in the roof for a good vibe showers. The sky terrace is was awesome with big TV , BBQ, Bar. Thank you for the host and surprise pastries next morning. We will definitely be back again!!

The place was absolutely wonderful. Exactly as advertised, and any issues that came up, the host, Victor, was very responsive and worked to resolve them promptly. Not that we had many issues either. We fairly comfortably slept 12 adults. Could get a little cramped in the kitchen/living room area, but only during meal times, and it was never a big issue. Everything was in great shape. All instructions were clear, with many guides on how to use different aspects of the place. Wonderful overall and would definitely recommend staying here if you’ve got a large group that’s comfortable with each other.

I came into town for my cousin funeral. Victor sent my family & I with some delicious pastries. The overall stay was 10/10. The bed was very comfortable and oh don’t get me started on the showers. The rooftop was my favorite place love the set up.

such a great find! ! i was traveling to florida with some family and our previous air bnb canceled as we were getting on the plane, and we totally scored by finding this place last minute! super clean, very fun features of the house! we even chose to stay in and hang out on the rooftop instead of going out one night! would LOVE to stay here again

Victor was a Great host, if I needed anything he was at our service with no questions ask, He was communicating very well, and at a drop of a dime with no hesitation. Victor also sent us some pastry the next morning. The place was nice and spacious and we had more than enough room for my family. The only issue I did have was it's not enough parking and that's an issue, if you have more than two cars, your vehicle will be towed. Overall it is a wonderful spot, price is to high for that type neighborhood. I will recommend.

Victor was great to communicate about anything we had questions on. He was super friendly and even provided fresh Cuban pastries, we chose to have them delivered for breakfast. Great service and thoughtful! The experience was at least a 5 ??! Perfect location for our itinerary!!

Our stay was great everything was as pictured and victor was incredibly responsive. One thing of note the upstairs patio with the bar set up has security cameras (understandable considering the proximity of neighbors) but it wasn't a comfortable feeling nor did it feel private - otherwise everything was great :)

Place matched the description, we lived in area and owned one of those units in the past so we knew exactly how it was, we needed a logistic place to move around and this was the best. Also offers a roof top to relax and spend time. We loved it. Four bathrooms are very convenient especially for a family with 3 girls. Victor is super fast in responding and took great care of us. We will come back again. Thank you.

The house was beautiful and was exactly how the pictures were. It was clean and felt like a home away from home with all the amenities. I traveled to Naranja to stay outside of Miami for Carnival 2023. The house was 30-35mins from Miami and an hour from Fort Lauderdale (where I flew into). Sam’s Country Kitchen was 6mins away from the house for great breakfast and lunch. There is a Walmart (Supercenter and Neighborhood) 5-7mins away from the home as well. All in all I would book again! Victor provided my party with complementary pastries day 2 and they were delicious. His response time was quick and he was very patient when we had an issue with the internet. I’ll definitely be back for Carnival next year and hope to book with him again!

I stayed here for 4th of July weekend. This place looks clean and great!. Especially the bar counter, it gives you good vibes. Victor was very pro active when we sent text messages to him. The check in and guide book was helpful for all the recommendations. We enjoyed our stay here. And thanks Victor for hosting us.

The place was nice and new . The host was very responsive and hospitable. The price was great for whole family. room were clean and spacious and there is a roof top were you can relax . I ask the host for early check in which at first if you go to the Duck website and you will be charge $95 but he gave me free 1 hr early for check in and check out too. The only thing is the 2 parkings at the back which is slope and we have a minivan with low hitch carrier which will touch on the ground everytime I park. I end up removing my carrier just to park. extra work everytime I need a hitch carrier.

Victor was a fantastic host. Great communication, friendly and makes you feel at home. Very clean place with more than enough room for 8 of us. Our family enjoyed the roof top area very much. We especially enjoyed seeing the U.S Thunderbirds from the roof top during their air show at the nearby Air Force Base. Overall a great experience and I would definitely book this place again.

Great airbnb for a big group. My friends and I stayed four nights. The place was beautiful and felt very homey and modern. The host provided great accommodations, like laundry detergent. I would stay here again and would 100% recommend to my friends and family. There is also a grill that was clean for our staying! Additionally, the host is very kind and attentive. He surprised us with breakfast for the group and answered ever question very quickly!

Words can’t describe how professional, nice and kind person Victor is. He’s the best host I’ve ever encountered. The house is so beautiful, big, clean, spacious. The best part is the Terrece. My family and I where in town for my wedding. Victor was very accommodating and offered early check in if needed. He was fast to respond for concerns and went out of his way to and sent pastries one morning which was a sweet surprise. I would definitely stay here again or give a recommendation to anyone in need for their trip. Everything was great, the house was clean and very comfortable to fit all 14 of us.

Victor was a helpful and gracious host during our stay! He responded quickly in our communications and was especially accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to my daughter getting sick. The beds and couch were comfortable and the rooftop patio was a delight. We had no trouble getting to Biscayne Bay and the Everglades!

We had a similar experience at check in as another visitor. The home was not cleaned yet due to previous guests checking out late. We were able to get into the home, but it was as clean as it could have been. Despite that, the home was just as listed. Lots of beds for our group of 7. The showers were amazing. The rooftop lounging area was fun. And the coffee added a special touch. Victor was very friendly and provided an amazing guestbook with lots of suggestions and maps to places. He was very responsive to questions and checked in often to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

victor is an amazing host, we had a bad experience with one of the property owner and we need to vacate early , when we booked with Victor he even allowed us to check-in early and was constant touch with us. the house is amazing all of family members enjoyed it. patio bar is one of the highlight to sit and relax.i will definitely recommend my friends and families

Our stay was amazing this place is close to grocery stores, gyms and the Brazilian steak house is amazing. This place has all the comforts of home the area is very peaceful and is only an hour or less from Miami depending on traffic. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and Victor replies back quick and helps with any issues you may have. Highly recommend this place for your vacation home.

Victor is an amazing host!! The home was beautiful and clean. So refreshing and relaxing to walk into after a 12 hour drive. There was 8 of us and there was more room than we needed. The beds are comfortable and the fact that he provided shampoo and body wash was great cause I couldn't find mine lol. We visited from Tennessee and it was a family vacation. The outdoor rooftop patio was so cool!! We set up a projector and watched a movie. I have 3 teens and a son who is married and this was the perfect getaway for us. We played games on the rooftop patio also (my son brought corn hole). The location is perfect for you to visit Miami (which we did) and also Key West was only 2 hours away. Victor responded quickly (within mins) when I had questions. I highly recommend you to have him as your host. Thanks Victor!! You helped us make our family one we will never forget.
