From the moment i booked my stay at Victor's place, he was super responsive and helpful with the registration process! He called me back right away to help with confirming my ID. Great Host all around. quick replies over email. Answered questions right away. Friendly and professional. He even ordered us some delicious Cuban pastries right to our door (so delicious). His place was exactly as described. It was perfect for our large family getaway (6 adults and 5 kids). The highlight for the kids was the awesome games room in the house! Pac Man, foosball table, air hockey, etc. Thanks for a great stay Victor!

We appreciated having a nice spot to stay when we had to evacuate for a hurricane. The amenities were just as described, and the game room was a big plus. We had some trouble with the door code and got in late, but the host was responsive, friendly and proactive.

Such amazing staying and next am surprised host Victor send us 25 Cuban pastries (thank you !!) The house with the best Airbnb beds I sleep with is all have luxurious mattress. The backyard with TV , sofas and lights and BBQ and played YouTube music was enjoying. This house has all had amenities we need and a few blocks walking bars , restaurants. We will definitely come back again!!

I stayed with my team for a job at Merrick Park and the house was a short drive to it. It's close to many restaurants and the iconic City of Coral Gables. The house was spotless and comfortable. In all, it was a great stay!

Victor's place was clean and located pretty accessible to a lot of landmarks. we had a great stay and all the amenities and the game room were really useful. Victor is a great host and he spent time with us giving local recommendations when he came to drop the delicious Cuban pastries.

Absolutely one of the best airbnb stays I have ever had!! Victor made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The house accompanied the 8 of us effortlessly. The location made it so easy to get around with a personal vehicle or using Uber. The neighborhood was quiet, the backyard patio was very relaxing, and the teens enjoyed the game room. Victor gave us wonderful recommendations on dining/entertainment and has so many options to choose from if you need help finding activities to do. I will absolutely return to this house if I'm in the area again and would highly recommend it to family and friends. The house accommodates all ages!

This was a perfect place to stay for my group of friends visiting for the weekend. The house was spacious, extremely clean, and we loved the backyard space to hang out. Victor was great to work with and gave us tons of tips to enjoy our stay. The house is very close/walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Look forward to staying in one of Victor’s places again.

We stayed at the best family vacation spot which was Victor’s Vacay Spot Miami. House was so clean and fun for the family. Our two boys had a blast with the awesome game room. Victor was so responsive and made sure all went well. Even though we had a late arrival he still checked on us late at night. The next morning he brought us delicious cuban pastries and was such a nice person. If we come back to Miami we will stay here again no doubt.

The house was beautiful everything with the perfect size for my party of 12. The house was nice and clean with extra linens. It was kid friendly with a great game room for their entertainment. The host was excellent. He was very quick responding to any problem or question we had. He was very helpful with everything. He was so nice, he even gave us complementary pastries that went very well with breakfast, and was very delicious. I will give place a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be stay here when I visit Miami again. I have already recommended this place to a couple of friends. My stay here was the best I’ve had at any Airbnb to date. I came with 11 other people and the space was convenient enough to host us all. Lots of common spaces and enough bedroom and beds for the 12 of us .There is a game room and an outside patio that made hanging out extremely fun! Victorious, our host was communicative and went as far as deliver some pastries to us. The space is extremely clean and it’s decorated well. Thanks a lot, we will be back !

Victor is probably the most responsive and helpful host. He always made sure my family and I had everything we need. Our wifi was tricky during our stay and he was so proactive about our issue he replaced our modem that day. Thank you for making our first family vacation so comfortable!

Honest to say, as 4.97 stars host that Susan’s booking wasn’t as expected. She rented the house for her coworkers but she didn’t share the instructions of the house or they didn’t read them. They say the door code wasn’t working (when in fact was), kindly offered a solution with the lock box so they could enter which they said it also didn’t work. Afterwards they said the refrigerator wasn’t working, in which I gladly sent a worker to get it checked and provided a picture with a time stamp of the refrigerator working just before they arrived. This service costed me $150 for the worker to tell me it was fine and working. They also said the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and it was, they just didn’t read the home instructions provided. I don’t like to leave this kind of reviews is not in my nature but as I said is an honest review. I think it’s not Susan’s fault entirely more of the people that stayed but at the end of the day she was the one who made the booking.

We love the house every one was comfortable and not crowded. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. His communication with us was super. That house was just as advertised. It was very clean, the beds was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. The back yard with multiple seating was a great place for us to relax and unwind. The game room kept us entertained for hours. We were on a guys trip so there were friendly competition when it came to the games. Over all the house was perfect and so far is the best Airbnb I have rented so far. We will be booking again for our upcoming family trip.
