We had a great stay! The place was spacious, clean, and really beautiful — perfect for our group. The host had excellent communication throughout our trip and was very transparent and helpful with everything. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed these houses. Plenty of space for at least 10-12 people (depending on couples vs singles) and the backyard is great.

Victor’s place was AMAZING!!! I give it a 10 out of 5! It was the final working event of the year for our team and everyone enjoyed being spoiled by all the amenities, not to mention Victor introduced us to some phenomenal Cuban pastries, delish! Would highly recommend and certainly stay again if he welcomed us!

We needed a large place while in Miami for our daughter’s wedding at The Cruz building. It was the perfect. Comfortable, clean, so spacious, and fun. There was room for everyone to stay comfortably and for family and friends to come visit. We used one of the units for the bridal party to get hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding. The back yard of the back unit was a lovely,quiet haven during a very busy time. The bed’s were comfortable. The kitchen spaces were large enough for two people to work together, and had what we needed. Victor was warm, welcoming, friendly and responded immediately. He even brought us delicious pastries! The only frustration we had was trying to manage the right setting on the pretty loud ac. I would highly recommend this rental for large gatherings, there is so much space and the games and poker table were great fun!

Victor was incredible friendly and a gracious host. We had a great time are his air BNB. He dropped off some pastries, made some great recommendations, and when we had a minor issue, he came personally to make sure everything was working well. Would recommend. Thanks Victor!

Planned a trip to Miami for my best friend’s bachelor party and booked this air bnb for the trip. The entire place was fantastic and Victor is an amazing host. He gave us great recommendations of where to go out, and was always checking in to make sure things were okay. Also everything you needed was about 20 minutes or less away from the location. If I had to do it all over again, I’d for sure choose this place again 💯

My family and myself truly enjoyed our stay. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and in a great area for everything we need. Our host was responsive and provided details for everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Victor Barroso Jr.'s duplex home was absolutely phenomenal. The travel guide was immensely useful in finding locations to visit and have fun in. As a coordinator with 23 people, there was more than enough space, bedding, and entertainment for everyone. We all had a great time and you will too.

Victor’s place was in a perfect location for a group of people doing festivities in both south beach and Miami. House was clean with tons of space. Victor has all of the games and other things to do. The backyard was perfect with the space, seats and cool lights! Had enough parking space for two SUVs. Everything worked and was functional. It felt like home away from home! Highly recommend this place!! Also, Victor is a great communicator!!!

I recently stayed at Victor's listing with a group of 14 people, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! First and foremost, the location of the Airbnb was absolutely perfect. It was situated in a peaceful suburban part of Miami, with all of the city's top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife a 5-20 minute Uber ride away. Beyond the ideal location, what really sets this Airbnb apart is its incredible space and amenities. The listing is the perfect size for a large group, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for hanging out and socializing. And last but certainly not least, I cannot say enough positive things about our host, Victor. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly responsive and attentive. He brought us pastries and quickly answered all our questions. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you, Victor, for an amazing experience!

We recently stayed at 3371 NW 24th St for 6 days. Both apartments were very clean and anything that was missing or not functioning was replaced/repaired by Victor very quickly. The washing machines on the back porch are brand new as are all the other appliances. Victor is a very gracious host, eager to please and presented us with Cuban pastries the morning after we arrived.

We had a great stay here!! Stayed for a week with my group and rented both units. Amazing to have parking right out front and a big backyard with nice outdoor furniture. Both houses had well equipped kitchens, comfortable and clean bedrooms, and updated bathrooms. Victor was a great host and very helpful during our stay, even leaving us pastries one day! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Victor (aka Victorious) has got to be one of the best airbnb hosts I've ever had. He's extremely communicative/responsive, polite, friendly, and knowing everything about the city. The apartment is exactly like the description and images and definitely worth the cost.

Hello, This house is very good! Everything is perfect. The neighberhood, the space in the house, and the room were very clean. Our host was great. For our group we had all the facilities in the house and a lot of equipements in the kitchen. The neighbourhood is great, quiet, and safe. We felt safe and in security with the kids. The communication with host was very good. For me this house is perfect and if we come back to Miami this is my first choice.

Clean and comfortable home with great amenities in a family friendly neighborhood. We had a large group of 19 people including children and booked both units. Made many good memories in this home. We specifically enjoyed the bar area and the nice big backyard patio with friends. House is in close proximity to most Miami attractions- within 15-20 minutes drive. Victor was great at communication. Highly recommend!

We had the fortune of staying in Miami as the hurricane passed by with a very gracious host. Our flights were changed due to the incoming storm and Victor was very empathetic to the situation. He allowed us to check into the house when we arrived at midnight and insisted on it being complimentary. It was a pleasant experience communicating with a person that has a heart. The house was amazing. It had a main house and a guest house with plenty of space in both, which was great if you have a large group and don't want to feel like you're stepping on each other's toes. It has large living rooms areas with neat games riddle around the house and has great kitchens. The whole house very modern and the bathrooms are amazing. The outdoor area was very nice and the whole house has had places to lounge around and feel comfortable. The house was clean and spotless. The bedrooms were spacious with great beds to sleep in. The neighbourhood was quiet and everything from groceries, malls and the beach were close by. Victor is a fantastic host. He checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was going well and gave recommendations to nearby restaurants, he even had discounts for them. He put in a solid effort to make sure we had a great experience even with the storm. Thanks again Victor! We will see you next time we visit.
